The scheme is situated to the north of Clumber Street, the principal shopping street in the centre of Nottingham, and is located between the Victoria Shopping Centre and the Cornerhouse leisure hub.
Impressive double-height retail units sit opposite John Lewis and House of Fraser, and the new 449 space multi-storey car park is to have pedestrian access from Milton Street amongst the new retail frontages.
Trinity Square is located at the hub of Nottingham's transport system, with 75 million bus passengers travelling to Nottingham each year, with 70% passing through the Milton Street and Upper and Lower Parliament Streets. In addition, the new Nottingham Express Transit tram, which operates up to 128 trams a day conveying in excess of 20,000 people through the City centre, has nearby drop-off points.
