Welcome to Trinity Square

The new shopping and restaurant destination in Nottingham

Trinity Square is one of the largest and most innovative City centre schemes built in the country in the last few years, comprising two substantial mixed used blocks situated at the northern end of the City centre alongside CSC’s successful Victoria Centre.  The scheme’s main frontage of Milton Street extends and compliments the prime pitches of both The Victoria Centre and Clumber Street.

The scheme offers one of the very few opportunities in the City centre to acquire larger foot print retail space.  The scheme comprises 190,000 sq ft of retail accommodation where space has been let to Waitrose, TK Maxx, PC World and Gourmet Burger Kitchen, a 449 space shoppers car park and 700 student flats.

The remaining units offer sizes ranging from 2,000 sq ft (185.8 sq m) to 30,000 sq ft (4,645 sq m) with generous floor to ceiling heights.
